This home is set within a holiday complex with shared amenities. The pool, gym, barbecue, spa, beach, lake access and grounds are shared with the other residents.

There are homes nearby still undergoing construction. Expect to see construction, machinery and workers from 7:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.
